ALL SALES FINAL All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges and we unable to resell tickets.
LATE SEATING Performances begin promptly. Seating for latecomers will be held until an approporiate time during the show and is at the discretion of the theatre management and production staff. Latecomes may be given alternate seats to minimize disturbance to the audience and performers. The lobby bar opens 60 minutes before the show and seating opens 30 minutes before the show. Thank you for arriving early.
AGES Every person entering the theatre must have a ticket. Babes-in-arms and children younger than 5 years old are not allowed.
ACCESSIBILITY Please contact the Box Office directly to purchase wheelchair accessible seating. These locations cannot be purchased online and are reserved for patrons who will be staying in their wheelchairs. Please contact the box office if you plan on coming to the theatre in a wheelchair and wish to transfer to a regular theatre seat, as we can help you select an appropriate seat location. Because of the historical nature of the building, there is no elevator access to the balcony seating. The theatre box office and orchestra entrance is located on the 2nd floor. Please enter the hotel lobby and take the center or right-hand elevator to get access to the 2nd floor. The left-hand elevator does not stop on our floor. Accessible restrooms are located off the orchestra- level lobby and also on floor 10M.
RECORDING EQUIPMENT No recording devices are permitted in the theatre unless specifically posted. If a camera or recording device is used during the performance, it will be confiscated by theatre staff. |
